Mission Cargo Management is a new and innovative General Sales and Services Agent with its home office located at Miami International Airport, the world’s largest gateway to Latin America and the Caribbean.

 We provide our airline clients with the assurance of gaining maximum market prominence and penetration.  Our innovative marketing strategies and superior customer service result in sales profits for our airline clients.  Services are customized to each airline client’s specific needs and taking into consideration the business culture of the marketplace.  Up-to-date market intelligence is provided to each of our airline clients.

Our Executive Team

President & C.E.O. – Eric L. Andrews

37 years of experience having held various executive positions in administration, government affairs, industry affairs, sales, marketing, operations and planning with Pan Am, LAN Chile, Fast Air, Virgin Atlantic, Challenge Air Cargo, Tampa Airlines and Martin Aviation Group. Mr. Andrews is one of the founders, past president and trustee of the Florida Foreign Trade Association, as well as a recipient of its Pioneer Award in 2002. He also serves as Director North America of the Federation of Airline General Sales Agents and as Program Chairman of the World Trade Center Miami’s Air Cargo Americas Congress, chairmanship he has held since 1991. At the VIII Air Cargo Americas Congress on March 2nd 2006 the World Trade Center Miami presented Mr. Andrews with a recognition and commendation for his outstanding service in promoting the growth and expansion of international aviation in the Americas. 

 

Executive Vice President – Olga Lidia Muñoz

25 years of experience having held various executive positions in administration, claims & loss prevention, customer service, finance, human resources and risk & insurance assessment with Challenge Air Cargo, Tampa Airlines, Florida West Airlines, Aerospan International and Martin Aviation Group.

 

Vice President Finance – Silvia Rodriguez

25 years of experience having held various executive positions in accounting, administration, credit & collections, finance, personnel management and treasury.

 

 

Mission Statement

To provide air carriers excellence in quality and effective sales, marketing, operational supervisory and administrative services, as well as other support services that will make them the preferred choice of shippers in the markets that Mission Cargo Management is their appointed GSSA.

 Mission Cargo’s management will maintain constant communication with the air carriers and shippers’ senior management to insure Mission Cargo Management is meeting and exceeding their service and productivity expectations, as well as maintaining constant communications with local authorities to ensure full compliance with all requirements regarding security, customs, agriculture, health, safety, etc.

 To create, market, maintain and provide reliable integrated quality airline cargo general sales and services that client airlines require as a foundation and support to their activities in the territory.
